Our History

• 1995 – Founded 1st branch of “Darson” at Taman Sentosa JB, focus at trading of Pro Audio Equipment
• 2000 – Crossed the milestone of 30 “Darson” branches in 5 year time in Malaysia
• 2003 – Established 1st branch of “emart” in Johor Bahru to expand into consumer electronics business
• 2010 – Crossed the milestone of 10 “emart” branches in 7 years time in Malaysia
• 2020 – Established 1st branch of “Darson XTRA” in Johor Bahru as 1st transformation of branding strategy
• 2021 – Established 6 “Darson XTRA” Branches in 6 months time
• 2021 – Launched XTRA Member Loyalty Program with various benefits tailored to customers
• 2021 – Reengineering all business process including Central Delivery System to create competitive advantage in Market
